Wavier & Acknowledgement

Before jumping all participants must register to jump by completing the waiver form below.
Participants aged 15 and under must have the waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Note:

1. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
2. No general admission for under 4’s. There will be dedicated sessions in the week for children aged 6 months to 4 years.
3. If you are booking on behalf of a group of 16 years and over, you must ask them to register to jump themselves. If they are unable to do so online they may complete their registration form at reception.

BOUNCE REVOLUTION RULES. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE READ THE RULES BELOW.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  • DO NOT jump if you have health limitations or injuries or are pregnant. 
  • DO NOT jump unless you are AGE 4 OR OVER. (Except for dedicated toddler sessions.)
  • DO NOT jump if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • DO NOT jump if you weigh 120kg (19st) or more.
  • ALWAYS empty your pockets before jumping. NO sharp objects or jewellery allowed on the court.
  • Children aged 11 or under must be accompanied by an over 18. The adult must remain on site at all times.

GENERAL ARENA RULES:

  • DO NOT jump if a Court Marshall is not present. ALWAYS follow the Court Marshall’s directions.
  • DO NOT land on your head or neck. 
  • DO NOT sit or lie down on the court. 
  • NO rough play. 
  • NO running. 
  • NO double flips. 
  • NO climbing or hanging on the wall pads, nets or basketball hoops

ON THE TRAMPOLINES:

  • WHILE YOU JUMP: ALWAYS be aware of those around you. It is YOUR
  • RESPONSIBILITY to avoid others.
  • NO forward moving back flips (”gainers”). 
  • ALWAYS remain in control 
  • ALWAYS bounce in the centre of the trampoline. 
  • ALWAYS jump and land on two feet. 
  • DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way.

THE JUMP TOWER:

  •  DO NOT land on your feet, front or face
  • ONLY land on your back or bum.
  • NO back flips. NO somersaults.

I certify that I/all participants on this waiver do not have any of the medical conditions below:

  • Pregnancy
  • Respiratory problems
  • Vertigo
  • Brittle bones/osteoporosis/painful joints/recent surgery
  • Blackouts or nausea 
  • Hernia
  • Spinal cord or neck problems
  • Atlanto Axial Instability
  • Recent broken leg
  • High blood pressure
  • Cardiac or circulatory problems
  • Epilepsy or photo sensitive epilepsy.

If you DO suffer from any of these but think that it will be safe for you to participate please seek advice from staff.
