Where are you located?

We are based at Siddals Road, Derby, DE1 2PY. (next to Gala Bingo)

What is the parking like?

During peak hours our car park can get very busy as we have limited free parking. There is a car park located opposite us in the Intu centre which has over 3000 spaces and another one adjacent to our park run by the Council.

What is the age limit?

  • General park admittance is 4 yrs old and over
  • Only Children aged 6 months to 4 years old are eligible for our Toddler sessions, our ratio is 1 adult for every 2 children.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18, the adult must remain on site at all times.
  • WAIVERS must be completed for all customers prior to entering the trampoline area.
  • WAIVERS can be completed prior to arrival, using the link on our website
  • For users 15 and under, the waiver must be completed by their parent or guardian before gaining entry into the park
  • Anyone of 16 and over can sign the waiver themselves

Do I need to book?

We always recommend that you book online to avoid disappointment. Jump slots are every hour.

What time should i arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to booked jump time to check in and get ready for your session and watch the safety briefing video.

What should i wear & are there changing rooms?

We recommend some athletic clothing with some stretch. Baggy jeans and tracksuit bottoms are also fit for purpose. Our complimentary non slip socks are compulsory for health and safety reasons and to avoid any possible injury whilst bouncing. There are no changing rooms available so please arrive on site ready to bounce!

Do you have lockers?

Yes there will be lockers available on site for personal belongings.

Is there a weight limit?

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 120kg. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a doctor and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.

Is Jumping good for me?

Yes. Trampolining is one of the best forms of exercise there is!
